Hi, my name is Shannon!

I love my home, and this website is my way of sharing the love that I hold for our Western North Carolina community.

Birth, herbs, clay

As a birth doula, I am here to be your steady companion. I am committed to continuously learning and growing so I can offer the most meaningful support to you and your family during your birthing journey.

Depending on what your unique needs may be, I love to incorporate herbalism into your birthing experience. We are always learning from the land. My journey in herbalism began in 2019 at the Terra Sylva School of Botanical Medicine here in Marshall. Since then, I’ve been proudly serving as a community herbalist, crafting tinctures and teas tailored specifically to your body’s needs. Many of the herbs I use are lovingly grown and harvested from the land I tend here in Madison County, grounding my work in the richness of this place we call home.

I like to play with clay, go look!

I also hold a bachelor’s degree in social work and adventure education.
